1. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are! Offering you some peace of mind, not only with the quality of service.
2. What is included in my cleaning?
Details of each service is emailed after we connect initially to properly provide
quotes based on all of the information on what is desired.
3. Do you charge by the hour?
No, our services are a flat-rate. Unless time lapses beyond the initial quoted or we
previously agree on modifications. (Time rarely lapses, but is not unheard of)
4. What are your fees?
My policies are outlined in our service agreement including the fees for late
payments, rescheduling, cancellation, and other scenarios.
5. Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Every referral receives a discount - both the referring client and
new customers.
